TERMS of USE
Subject to specified variations, the following general conditions apply when using your Cuisinecard for a discount:

Your card must be presented to receive a discount.

Only one card per table can be presented to receive a discount.

No more than 4 people per table (regardless of table size) are eligible to receive the discount.

The discount offered applies to the total account (including beverages and food) for up to 4 people.

The card can be used repeatedly at any of the restaurants/establishments during the validity of the card.

The card is freely transferable to friends/family.

The card cannot be used on Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas Day, or on any other statutory holiday where the establishment does not apply a surcharge.

The discount offered by the establishment does not apply to any limited time specials on offer.

The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other dining out cards, coupons or offers.

Please ensure you read the Conditions of Use for each establishment carefully.

If you lose your card - there is a $20 replacement charge.
Please ensure that you are familiar with the discount terms offered, prior to visiting any establishment. This will avoid any embarrassing moments for either party and to help in this situation each business will have a list of their specific Cuisinecard conditions.
